ONE STREAMLINED
PRINTING PROCESS

Discovery

At Creative Palette Designs, we spend time in this phase to discover your printing needs! We want to help to print your project the first time around. We will go in-depth discussing the paper stock, full color, B&W printing, quantity, in-hands due date, and any other additional details that your project requires. By the end of this phase, you will feel confident knowing that we have a deep understanding of what your printing project entails. We will provide a timeline to make sure your printing project is delivered on time and with quality.

Quote

After we determine the details of your printing project, we will provide you a quote. The standard turnaround time for most digital and offset printing after proof approval is 5-7 business days. Rushes are available for an additional fee. The quote provided is good for one month after it’s confirmed unless otherwise noted in the estimate. After the quote is approved, your project is submitted to printing.

Printing

Printing begins after the digital file is inspected during pre-flight to make sure all specs are met before it goes to press. In this stage, as a service to you, I will make sure the file contains bleed, crop-marks, and check that the file is a high resolution print ready PDF. Most digital and offset printing takes 5-7 business days after the order is submitted to print. For custom items, turnaround time will be noted according to the printing method.

Delivery

This is the fun part, when you received your printing order! All orders are shipped directly to your business or resident location. Please note that our courier does not deliver to PO Boxes. After you receive your printing project please tell us how happy you are with your printing by leaving us a comment in Google Review. Most of our clients come from referrals and one way to continue our excellent print services is to give us your feedback about your positive experience with us.

This printing project consists of VDP on the backside of the business card. Each sequenced number is unique for marketing tracking. This custom card was printed on 14pt. cover with full-color front and B&W on the back. The front side has high UV gloss for an attractive look and the backside is uncoated.

How long does it take to print a banner?

The standard turnaround time for vinyl banners in the printing industry is 3-5 business days after the job is submitted. The production time starts after the digital proof is approved to print. Next day printing is available for an additional RUSH fee. For next day printing, orders need to be approved to print before 10 am local time for in-hand next day delivery. Quantity also determines the lead time for production. Please contact Creative Palette Designs for a custom quote for your banner.

How much does banner printing cost?

Prices for banners depend on the size of the project, quantity, inks coverage, finished, and application of the banner either outside or inside use. Some printers calculate their prices based on square inch usage. Because every banner has a special size, please call us to provide you with an immediate price.

Where to print documents if you don’t have a printer?

There are a few options to go if you don’t have a printer. One of the most frequent places people go for quick printing is at the library. If you have a library card you can use their printer for black and white and color printing. CVS also offers document printing services. Call your nearest CVS store if they have an in-house printer and scanner for document printing. Your local FedEx offices also offer instant printing when you use their machines. You can pay using your debit card or their issued card which makes it convenient because you don’t need to wait for customer services and go directly to print your documents. For documents printing of quantities of 500 or more please call us to provide you competitive prices.
